🎯 Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting Oracle's global sales organization via email and chat using Oracle's Service Cloud tool. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing chat and email support, resolving user issues with effective troubleshooting

• Following established support procedures and policies

• Mastering support tools, partnering with product and engineering teams

• Logging and escalating partner/user problems and feedback

• Suggesting process optimizations to enhance resolution rates and CSAT scores

• Supporting team leads and contributing to resolution-rate initiatives

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, legal)

• Ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs

• Managing internal escalations and corrective actions

• Participating in new policy roll-outs and ad-hoc projects

✅ Skills & Qualifications Required

🧑‍🎓 Education: Graduates in any discipline
📧 Support Experience: Must have handled sales support via chat & email
🔧 Tool Familiarity: Experience with CPQ, DAS, or QRS tools
🗣️ Communication: Excellent written English skills for chat and email
