🎯 Role Purpose – What You’ll Do as a Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer at Wipro, you’ll play a vital role in configuring, validating, and supporting customer network environments. You'll be at the heart of technical support and network activation, ensuring seamless communication infrastructure for global clients.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Validate customer orders as per the given scope of work

• Assign and validate mandatory attributes in network configurations

• Coordinate with Order Managers and finalize the configuration scope

• Review and implement network designs provided by the design team

• Build and deploy network configurations on customer devices

• Join client activation calls, lead deployment, and resolve issues

• Troubleshoot complex network problems in coordination with L2 technicians

• Monitor, report, and escalate network issues as needed

• Work on rotational shifts (including weekends)

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

👨‍🎓 Educational Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate (Any stream)

• Freshers can apply

• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred

💡 Key Skills:

• Mandatory: Order Management (Comms)

• Strong knowledge in Telecom or IT infrastructure domain

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting ability

• Basic to advanced understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments

🕐 Work Timings & Flexibility

• 🌀 Work Type: Voice 50% & Non-Voice 50%

• 🔄 Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

• 📅 Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on weekends as per rotation
