💼 About the Role – Associate Analyst (Independence, RMS)
As an Associate Analyst in the Risk Management Services (RMS) – Independence Team, you’ll play a crucial part in protecting EY’s professional integrity and objectivity. Your job will involve conducting risk assessments, researching third-party relationships, and helping internal teams adhere to independence and procurement policies.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- 
Perform secondary research to gather information on vendor ownership, affiliations, and financials 
- 
Conduct risk assessments across Independence, Anti-Bribery, Supplier Assurance, and Procurement guidelines 
- 
Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders for approval workflows 
- 
Assist in auditor independence checks through detailed data collection and verification 
- 
Update internal tools and databases with validated risk management information 
- 
Communicate with teams across audit, legal, supply chain, and support services 
- 
Generate summary reports, draft recommendations, and maintain complete documentation 
- 
Respond to email queries related to compliance and third-party engagement 
- 
Meet defined performance KPIs, including accuracy and timely delivery 
- 
Participate in knowledge calibration sessions and internal training programs 
✅ Who Can Apply?
👨🎓 Educational Qualification:
- 
Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Commerce, Finance, Management, Law, or IT background preferred) 
- 
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in research, compliance, audit support, or analyst roles 
💼 Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
- 
Knowledge of risk management, auditor independence, or procurement regulations 
- 
Certifications in Risk Management, Compliance, or Anti-Bribery laws 
🔧 Tools and Technologies:
- 
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word (MS 365 Suite)

Familiarity with internal audit tools, dashboards, and reporting systems is a plus
