🎓 Graduate Trainee Role Overview

If you’re a recent engineering graduate looking to launch your career in the Fintech industry, Episode Six’s Graduate Trainee program offers hands-on learning, technical mentorship, and real-time project work. You’ll work closely with senior developers and product teams, gaining experience in areas like software testing, deployment, development, and client support.


💼 Job Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, you will:

  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry certifications

  • Learn the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile project practices

  • Write and debug code in multiple programming languages

  • Assist in production monitoring, handling alerts and logs

  • Collaborate with developers to review design specs and conduct code reviews

  • Work with QA teams to develop test cases, execute tests, and report bugs

  • Provide email-based client support and join rotational weekend support shifts

  • Gain hands-on experience in analyzing logs, validating databases, and monitoring live deployments

  • Document your work for technical handovers

  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies relevant to payment platforms

🔹 Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or IT (preferably 2024 or 2025 batch)

🔹 Required Skills:

  • Strong foundation in coding (any programming language)

  • Experience or academic exposure to software testing and debugging

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (esp. MS Project, Excel)

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
