💼 About the Role: Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting Technical)

The Finance team at Revolut isn’t just a department — it’s the backbone of the company. As a Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting Technical), you will support and lead Revolut’s global Axiom platform, ensuring regulatory compliance, scalable technical solutions, and smooth execution of reporting infrastructure.

This is a remote position available for candidates in Poland, Portugal, and Spain.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Axiom platform end-to-end, including debugging and resolving technical issues.

• Lead implementation of new entities and regulatory reports.

• Administer workflows, custom templates, and report mappings.

• Ensure platform security, manage user permissions by entity/region.

• Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot and fix platform issues.

• Support platform upgrades to improve performance.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.

• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with stakeholders.

• Assist in global regulatory reporting like COREP and FINREP.

• Work across Finance, Product, and Engineering for effective delivery.

🧩 Required Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Experience in managing cloud-based Axiom platform.

• Ability to build custom reports and workflows in Axiom.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Knowledge of financial products and transaction lifecycles.

• Experience with regulatory frameworks like COREP, FINREP.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Background in writing functional specifications and test cases.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
