As a Service Desk L1 Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers facing IT-related issues. Your role will involve:

✅ Providing technical assistance via phone, chat, and email
✅ Troubleshooting desktop hardware and software
✅ Handling tickets in real-time and resolving issues within SLA
✅ Performing remote diagnostics and support
✅ Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support
✅ Maintaining proper documentation of issues and resolutions

✅ Updating customers about issue status and collecting feedback
