  • Develop deep expertise in testing methodologies and Bain's business functions.

  • Build a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Create comprehensive functional and regression test plans, including UI and process flow testing.

  • Support different types of testing: API testing, Cross-browser testing, etc.

  • Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.

  • Participate in application testing for system patches, software upgrades, and hardware deployments.

  • Manage test data and test environment setups.

  • Collaborate with technical support groups (TSG) and project managers.

📚 Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of common QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Basic knowledge of any programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#).

  • Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Extent Reports.

  • Understanding of REST API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or Swagger UI.

  • Familiarity with test management tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment.

  • Comfortable working in agile and fast-paced operating models.
